Since Dr. Ibrahimi put this responsibility on my shoulders, I must be leading to coordinate with your respected organization, thus the agenda UNICEF has shared with all of us is that AYSO and JACK organizations are responsible of cascading PFA to all PSS counsellors of AYSO, JACK and = RHDO coming from Badghis, Ghor, Farah and Herat in a near-to-everyone venue. = I therefor recommend Herat as a regional venue for all participants. Furthermore, the total number of PSS counsellors are 23 from all 3 organizations and we all are responsible to share a joint logistic contribution in order to serve our participants for the days we hold the training except for the perdium, accommodation and transportation allowances, since that is related to organizational policy of each NGO = and the budgets are almost shared with all organizations. Beside this, I would recommend if RHDO friends could provide us a = training hall in their Herat office if they have, that would be highly = appreciated.
