Dear PSEA Focal Points

We hope this email finds you well, and hope that the past month or so has b=
een fruitful in implementing PSEA steps.

We=92d like to gather together our Sehatmandi PSEA Focal Points for a follo=
w-up session to share and reflect upon our progress so far in creating our =
PSEA systems.

Please join us at the WHO Office (large meeting room), UNOCA Compound, Jala=
labad Rd, Kabul on Monday 24th January from 10.00 =96 13.00.

Organizations will have the opportunity to share their successes and challe=
nges so far in rolling out PSEA training to their teams, as well as other s=
teps taken or planned for PSEA efforts. Once we have a clearer picture of t=
he PSEA system implementation so far, and the challenges faced, we can plan=
 the next steps in our support for Sehatmandi partner organisations.

Shortly we=92ll share a template for Powerpoint slides (in order to keep it=
 brief) with you so we can have a brief update from each organization on th=
e above points. The idea is to share experiences and to help each other mov=
ing forward with our PSEA efforts.

Please confirm your attendance as well as sharing the full names and ID # o=
f the colleagues who will attend, to gain entry permission to the compound.=
 For those bringing a vehicle, we will need the licence plate number, colou=
r and model of the vehicle, as well as the driver=92s name and ID#. Please =
confirm attendance and share this information by COB Thursday 20th January.
