Dear Nutrition Cluster Partners,

You have been identified as active Nutrition Cluster Partners for Afghanist=
an. (We expect responses from the partners included in the attached cluster=
 partners=92 list)

If you are not - or no longer - actively participating in that cluster plea=
se disregard this message. If several individuals from your agency are acti=
vely participating in that cluster please ensure only one response is provi=
ded on behalf of that agency.

This questionnaire is anonymous and will take around 20 to 30 minutes to co=
mplete

Please note however that all comments provided in the survey will be displa=
yed in the report. The deadline is 28th November 2021.

One questionnaire should be filled by each partner agency/organization regi=
stered under and participating in the cluster coordination meetings in this=
 location.

The Cluster Performance Assessment questionnaire allows cluster partners to=
 assess the performance of the cluster in achieving its core functions, as =
agreed by the IASC. It is articulated around the six core functions and sub=
-functions of the cluster, and the accountability of the cluster to affecte=
d populations.
The results of this questionnaire will be analyzed together with the result=
s of a similar questionnaire filled by the cluster coordinator.

The results of this survey will be shared with all partners, and then discu=
ssed among the cluster partners at the next cluster meeting, including cros=
s-cutting focal points:

*   To reach consensus on the performance status
  *   To agree on follow-up actions to improve performance, constraints ide=
ntified, and/or requests for support as needed

Dear Nutrition Cluster Partners,<o:p></o:p>
You have been identified as active Nutrition Cluster Partners for Afghan=
istan.
(We expect responses from the partners included in the attached cl=
uster partners=92 list)<o:p></o:p>
If you are not - or no longer - actively participating in that cluster p=
lease disregard this message. If several individuals from your agency are a=
ctively participating in that cluster please ensure only one response is pr=
ovided on behalf of that agency.<o:p></o:p>

This questionnaire is anonymous and will take around 20 to 30 minutes to=
 complete<o:p></o:p>
Please note however that&nbsp;all comments provided in the survey wil=
l be displayed in the report. The deadline is 28th November =
2021.<o:p></o:p>
One questionnaire should be filled by each partner agency/organization r=
egistered under and participating in the cluster coordination meetings in t=
his location.<o:p></o:p>
The Cluster Performance Assessment questionnaire allows cluster partners=
 to assess the performance of the cluster in achieving its core functions, =
as agreed by the IASC. It is articulated&nbsp;around the six core functions=
 and sub-functions of the cluster, and
 the accountability of the cluster to affected populations. 
The results of this questionnaire will be analyzed together with the result=
s of a similar questionnaire filled by the cluster coordinator.<o:p></o:p><=
/p>
The results of this survey will be shared with all partners, and then di=
scussed among the cluster partners at the next cluster meeting, including c=
ross-cutting focal points:<o:p></o:p>
