work with  pharmacy department and EPI department, because they so familiar
at Parwan context and our technical team are cannot visit the HFs properly
because they not familiar with this context and the number of HFs are so

Hope my email finds you well. I would like to inform you that these days the
Admin officers from Clinics are seconded to Provincial office without the HR
procedures. If the personnel are needed from any clinics in PO, HR need to
be informed and should facilitate the procedures in close coordination with
the Technical team. This will help PO management team to keep the good track
of all employees.
