Myself and Dr Sahib Musawy joined PHCC meeting today in PPHD of Kunduz 
province.

PPHD blamed JACK for not communicating PPHS staff monitoring and supervision 
visits with AOGs, in response JACK representative said: the duty of PPHD 
Communication with AOGs is not officially given to JACK organization. PPHD 
has the responsibility to coordinate in provincial level not JACK. JACK has 
a communication officer just for its own activities in AOGs under controlled 
area”. In addition to this, representative of kunduz regional hospital said: 
the communication should be started and controlled by PPHD, it’s 
responsibility of PPHD not any other NGO.

JACK presented it’s 6 months’ work plan for COVID-19 project and reported 
November and December activities.

The committee who were assigned for COVID-19 RRTs exam were not satisfied, 
in their response JACK quoted” Kunduz is an insecure province. As we have to 
respond to PPHD demands, we must also negotiate with AOGs. Not only JACK, 
each and every NGO who have projects in Kunduz must negotiate and coordinate 
with AOGs in order to deliver services in hard to reach and underserved 
areas of Kunduz province. If today we select all 5 RRTs and 9 DCs, who will 
guarantee their acceptance by AOGs, if no one, than let’s discuss on how to 
solve this issue and not blame each other”.

In the end deputy of PPHD Dr M.Nabi Azim decided that: JACK should establish 
5 RRTs and 9 DCs by 21-12-2020 no more than 12:00 PM. We will check each one 
of their documents and their technical skills. If they fail to provide 
quality service, we have the authority to interfere and terminate them with 
in coordination with BPHS implementer JACK organization”.

Now PPHD is waiting for our response, we have to recruit and introduce all 5 
RRTs and 9 DCs with keeping the balance of interference and technical 
skills.

We also have to keep in mind that we must communicate with AOGs in order to 
deliver our services in hard to reach and underserved areas of Kunduz 
province.

actions.
