As you might be aware of Save The Children (SCI)'s audition regarding BMZ
project, in ICC report we are requested to provide the documents of some
major activities in order to show and prove that we are running this
project smoothly and properly in accordance to our plan because they are
claiming that some major activities which have been planned as per the DIP
has not been implemented properly as per the scheduled timeline.
Therefore, please kindly share the following information or provide a
reason ASAP today so that we can share it with SCI.  We appreciate your
cooperation Dr. Sahib.

% of pregnant women who received TT 2+ vaccination

The supporting documents which provided for this activity shows that the
figures which was mentioned in the DIP was different with the supporting
documents (monthly report) provided, moreover only the monthly report has
been provide and not the separate form fill for each individual provided
service.

Develop capacity building plan for integrated mobile health and nutrition
teams' staff (male and female) based on the training needs assessment

We have requested supporting documents from A-Z for (. Attendance, Agenda,
Report if test is conducted pretest and posttest papers and etc.) the
below two training which has not provided.

. Train IMHNTs staffs on Treatment Protocol on Sexual and Gender Based
Violence (SGBV) (3 week of Nov 2019)

. Train IMHNTs staffs on Infection Prevention (1 week of July 2019)

Train Health and Nutrition Promoters (male and female) on
gender-responsive community outreach, health and nutrition promotion
activities

We have requested supporting documents from A-Z for (. Attendance, Agenda,
Report if test is conducted pretest and posttest papers and etc.) which
has not provided.

Note: if we cannot provide such information, ICC will consider JACK in
High Risk.
