Dear AHO Colleagues,

Greetings from JACK,

Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge is BPHS implementer in Kunduz
province a long with COVID-19 project; and reference to the yesterday
meeting H.E Acting Minister of Public Health and today our follow up with
MoPH finance department ; the lump Sum of the Sehatmandi project will be
process in 40 days and the P4P installment is still unknown waiting for
the TPM report.

Also the COVID-19 installments are not cleared when they will be
transacted to the NGOs?; and on the other hand we are much under pressure
of the staff , community , local government, and NSAG-TB to pay the
salaries of the HFs staff along with COVID-19 project staff, otherwise
people will go to the demonstrations and the situation will go more
worsen; therefore I am requesting once again from AHO to follow this issue
with government to find the solution.
