Dear Dr Sahib,

1- As we have  maintained regular communication with HFs staff, all HFs are 
open and normally providing the services.
2- Hand over of bellow HFs are completed

*	Charasiab DH
*	Qarabagh DH
*	Kalakn CHC
*	Paghman CHC
*	Zarshakh BHC
*	Kutgay BHC
*	Guzar BHC
*	Company BHC
*	Dehnaw BHC
*	Aqasaray PHC

3- Totally 5000 doses COVID-19 vaccine were received from REMT and 4800 
doses are distributed to HFs  just 200 doses are remained.
4- Monthly routine vaccine supply for all HFs is done (except 6 HFs in 
Surobi District) and for tomorrow it is planned to send routine vaccine 
supply to Surobi HFs

Note: I propose that if we consider  the set up of provincial office and 
takeover provincial stock as our first priority because there are some 
medicines and equipment are in PO stock and  most HFs are stocked out of 
medicines.
