Dear Dr Sahib,

1- As we have  maintained regular communication with HFs staff, all HFs are 
open and normally providing the services including night duties in the DHs 
and CHCs and just head of Qalai Qazi BHC has been left his job.
2- Routine vaccine is supplied to Surobi district for 6 HFs
3- For today the handover/takeover of bellow HFs are done:

*	Farza CHC
*	Karizak BHC
*	Kutgay BHC
*	Aluhkail BHC
*	Qalai Abdurauf BHC
*	Esterghich BHC
*	Qalai Qazi BHC
*	Baghi Alam BHC
*	Mirbachakut DH around 70%

And totally the process of handover/takeover of 21 HFs (except 30% of 
Mirbachakut DH)  completed
