Dear All,

The below email is from PSEA Task Force please read the details they need
for 3 National NGO participation at this consultation. I am suggesting
that if you�re interested I will share your organization's conduct details
with them. Please send your confirmation by COB Today.

1.	Case studies aligned with the research questions in the review
framework (therefore aligned with the objectives for the review and
focused on following up on the prioritized findings from past reviews)
2.	Each case study focused on 2 or 3 countries (deep dives identified
as priority issues by review management and the AG).
3.	The case studies will seek to understand the progress we make in
some contexts, identify barriers, and consider options around scale-up.
4.	The case studies will be desk-based to manage the risk that the
proposed field trip may not be possible due to Covid-19.

Please note that similar case studies are happening in (9 countries) with
the support of the PSEA taskforce members, hence for a collaborative
process, we are quested to support with the following:

1.     Share PSEA documents for a desk review by (July)2021.

2.     Interviews of between 5-10 individuals included (PSEA Coordinator,
HC/RC, two HCT/UNCT members, three INGOs, three National NGOs, women's
groups, and the Government focal point.

3.     These individuals or groups will be interviewed between (now July
and early August)

4.     Finally, a PSEA taskforce focus group meeting to discuss findings
(late August).

For this, we would look to your support in identifying the actors,
interested national and international organizations, or individuals who
should contact us by providing your details by the 15th July 2021.

Yesterday 12th July 2021 - UNHCR, UNICEF, IRC, DRC, WFP, and OCHA had an
introductory meeting for the case study yesterday, 12th July 2021. I have
attached additional documents for your reference. We also discussed and
agreed on the following:

Please note that similar case studies are happening in (9 countries) with
the support of the PSEA taskforce members, hence for a collaborative
process, we are quested to support with the following:

1.	Share PSEA documents for a desk review by (July)2021.

This email is to inform you that IASC is conducting an external review of
the Inter-Agency Standing Committee�s (IASC) approach to protection from
sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment (PSEAH) sponsored by
UNFPA�s Championship of PSEAH -  please refer to the attached TOR.  Hence
as part of the review process, the Afghanistan mission has been selected
to take part.

Jointly the following organizational PSEA focal points are kindly
requested to be part of the intended process because they have been PSEA
leads (rotational) since the reestablishment of the PSEA task force in
Afghanistan.

There will also be a focus groups discussion with the PSEA taskforce

Dear Mr. Alakbarov,

The IASC is conducting an external Review of the Inter-Agency Standing
Committee�s (IASC) approach to protection from sexual exploitation and
abuse and sexual harassment (PSEAH) sponsored by UNFPA�s Championship of
PSEAH. (Terms of Reference attached).

As part of the review, desk reviews looking at a specific aspect of PSEA
have been requested by the Advisory Group.   IASC and UNFPA would like to
consult with you on the feasibility of including Afghanistan in a desk
review on Workplace Culture. For this we would look to your support, the
PSEA Coordinator, OCHA and the RCO.

The approach would include the following:

�         Introduction meeting to discuss the approach and timetable �
ideally as soon as possible, with the PSEA Coordinator and your designated
focal point(s)

�         Sharing of key document and requesting PSEA Network members to
also share key documents in confidence � early July

�         One to one interviews with the consultant (Moira Reddick) -
yourself, the PSEA Network Coordinator and 3 other key stakeholders  �
July/early August

�         A Focus Group meeting with the members of the PSEA Network �
late July/early August

�

A short case study (approximately 3-5 pages) will be shared with you for
your review.

We propose an introductory call next week to discuss feasibility and
answer any questions you may have.
