This issue to be considered in the revised Tech Proposal. The revised technical proposal should be only from JACK not from association (lead and sub or JV). * Key staff: the proposed project manager does not meet the criteria stipulated in the ToR. So, his replacement should be introduced and the CV of new proposed candidate who meets the criteria should be there in the revised technical proposal. * Form Tech-5 (work plan) should be in line with Form Tech-4 (technical proposal): Any changes will have been brought in technical proposal, the same changes should be considered in work plan as well. In addition, all activities have been reflected in the technical proposal should be stipulated in the work plan as well. * Any other issue which was raised by MoPH negotiations members during the negotiations should be considered in the revised proposal.
