together to discuss each position and reporting line and consider relevant
comments if there is any from any section to finalize the structure. This
will help to strengthen more the structure and will align with JACK
objectives.

Dear Colleagues,

I have drafted organizational structure for JACK, this is a comprehensive
model which will cover all the required positions which may not be
available/needed at the moment but we have to keep in mind for future.

As much as the programs are getting bigger and divers, we have to have an
organized and clear structure where each one of us either seniors or
junior focus clearly knows his/her duties and jurisdictions, and of course
for synergy and support we will have a separate plan.

Please have a quick review later we can organize a session where we can
face to face discuss for further improvement.

Note: It will be designed properly once we all agreed.
