Dear Mizaee sahib,

As per the security situation in Parwan province and high cash payment
risk, we should be more conscious in the distribution of salaries in cash.

I am suggesting that each employee shall come to Parwan to collect his/her
salary. The pay slip shall be developed at Parwan provincial office duly
signed by cashier(prepared by), Provincial manager (Approved by) and will
be referred to Money Supplier (payment made by) for the payment. the
employee will sign the same slip as a Salary/Cash receiver. I am
recommending this process to avoid any future cash risk and other
potential risks in the site.

Please draft the pay slip and share with me before using it for salaries
payments that I could check for all signatories availability and accurate
titling to confirm the donor requirements.

According to the plane we would have distribution of HFs salaries this
week , could you tell me which mechanism we consider and what is your idea
about distribution process , there are two option 1 we invite in charge of
each HF as representatives of staff in Office ,2 we start distribution by
our colleagues in each HF .
