Dear Partners,

Thank you for attending the coordination meeting. As agreed, please find 
attached:

1.	The presentation. As agreed, proceed with the December activities, 
including payment of salaries and delivery of supplies.
2.	Salary payment questionnaire: For the salaries, we encourage the use of 
bank accounts for payments for transparency purposes, however if 
distribution by cash is more efficient or the banking situation is not 
stable in the province, the CSO can proceed with the best method, including 
bank transfers, cash payments, money service providers or combination. 
Please answer the quick questionnaire on how salaries are distributed and 
where the books and records are retained.
3.	Reporting template. Two adjustments to the template as discussed: 
separation of the PH and DH indicators and amendment to the performance 
indicator 11 to read TT2+, instead of TT+
4.	Performance indicators. Attached you will find summary by CSO of the 
performance indicators. The indicators are for 3 months and 1 months 
respectively.
5.	FACE Form. Please complete the following information in it:

a.	Activity description, as per the original FACE form
b.	Column A: this should be the same amount as paid and authorized in the 
previous FACE form
c.	Column B: The actual amount spent in November. This should be supported 
by the detailed transactions
d.	Column E: The remaining payment amount on the programme, for the month of 
January 2022.

I suggest you submit the FACE form to me for review before signing it. I am 
also available for support.

6.	Details on the TPM: The TPM activities will start next year. I will 
provide details later on. As agreed, CSOs will have an opportunity to review 
the report and provide feedback prior to finalizing the report in February 
2022.
