Therefore, you are kindly requested to provide to the Technical department of NEPI office the following documents ASAP. Attention:The Technical reports were checked, but there are still some missing documents like asset inventory ( Hand over list) is missing and should be submitted as soon as possible and should be signed and stamped by you, current UI project implementer NGO, PHD and Mostofiat. This is part of the contract and necessary to be submitted to NEPI/GDPM- MOPH. As well at the end of the project report in the part of the Financial Expenditure report according to the Financial Department some changes occurred and hope you send it immediately for documentation and further action.
