Since the republic government collapsed and as you are well aware that all compatriots are in a very bad economics condition including us and Farah province is so far from Kabul which will cost too much travel expenses to reach there, which is hard for us to bear. It's my humble request from your great office to change my interview location from Farah to Kabul, so that I could attend the written test.
