I went through draft slides. The information covers almost all aspects. To further enrich the ppt, I suggest the following: 1. It is better to display most of the data using graphs or animations, if possible. This would be more attractive and convincing. I am not good at it, maybe someone else take the charge. 2. On the M&E part, I suggest to add that a comprehensive M&E plan and Indicator Performance Tracking Table developed for all projects and is being implemented. 3. It would be better to mention about WHO site visits and that their comments/recommendations are fully considered.
