Urgent meeting conducted between JACK main office and JACK Parwan provincial office 2. PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) is developed and also will share with WHO monitor 3. Some of the actions are promptly taken and will send you a short report 4. December 2021 performances of indicators are increased and achieved the targets and also over achievement we have it . 5. The related gas for refrigerators supplied, but two refrigerators has technical problems and they are so old, the issue shared with PEMT verbally , I instructed the team to share the issue officially with PPHD and PEMT again, 6. Our provincial team in Parwan had coordination meeting with Dr Khalid Enayat WHO monitor and they are agreed that weekly basis each Thursday Dr Khalid Enayat WHO monitor will attend that Technical meeting and will have discussion on technical issues. 7. Every day our supervisor is accompanying the WHO monitor during the monitoring from health facilities.
