Dear Gulzai Sahb,

Thank you for sharing the issues. I have just communicated with the supplier
and have the following remarks:

1.       The existing vehicles in Parwan have been adjusted through close
coordination with Mr. Mirzaee. The supplier also explained that as per the
agreement with Mr. Mirzaee, the 4RUNNER will be replaced in few days. You
can confirm with Mr. Mirzaee as he is in full picture.

2.       About the 24hrs service of the vehicles, the supplier has no issue
as long as you can arrange a room for the drivers overnight stay. I remember
the supplier was told on the joining day that your office may not provide
them room for overnight stay. That's why they have to leave in the night
shift. So please assist them to get a proper room for overnight stay and
also let me know back if you can make it.

Dear Quraishi Sb and Shahzad Sb,

Hope my email finds you well. I would like to share the transportation
issues Parwan office is having with the new contracted vehicles.

The contracted vehicles here in parwan are 1 HILUX, 1 4RUNNER and 4 COROLLA.
As far as I know Main office has announced the RFQ for 3 HILUX and 3
COROLLA.

Please confirm us the type of vehicles contracted.

Secondly, the vehicles we will be requiring is for 24hrs because sometimes,
the assigned team might stay overnights at the Clinics for the supervision
purposes. The vehicle drivers have informed us about their timings, that is
from 8:00 am to 4:00pm and as the clock turns 4, the driver insists to turn
back from the site. Such kinds of issues are causing the delay in the target
completion.

Please specify us the vehicle working hours.

I need your cooperation and support in this regard.
