O Northeast team invites you to take part in an in-person Security Roundtab=
le (SRT), to be held in the <strong>Taloqan City Office</strong> on <strong=
>Wednesday</strong>, <strong>12&nbsp;January 2022</strong>, at <strong>1000=
</strong> hrs. The meeting will be hosted by <strong>Deputy Safety Advisor =
Mohammad Arif Sakhi</strong> in Dari, and Pasho or English as required by a=
ttendees.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Those wishing to join the SRT must conf=
irm their attendance via email or phone call by <strong>1500 hrs on 11 Janu=
ary. </strong>Partners will get the details concerning the location and can=
 confirm their attendance, via email, with<strong> Deputy Safety Advisor Mo=

ately 2 hours<strong>.&nbsp;</strong>The main objective of the roundtable d=
iscussion will be to provide our partner NGOs with an opportunity to share =
experiences and lessons learned from the operational environment. Furthermo=
re, INSO would like to get your input on how we best support you in this ne=
w situation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

cific issues at the meeting on your behalf, please let us know in advance. =
Roundtable meetings are a forum for sharing information and insights concer=
ning the safety and security environment in the Northeast Region, and we en=
courage you to come prepared to contribute.<br /><br />As highly transmissi=
ble Covid-19 Variants of Concerns (VOC) remain active and there is more cer=
tainty about active transfer of the virus even from those fully vaccinated,=
 and without prejudice to applicable public health measures, the following =
PHSM are mandatory during any INSO-hosted in person event, regardless of lo=
cation:<br />1. Wearing masks covering mouth and nose when interacting with=
 others indoors.<br />2. Maintaining physical distance of at least 1.5m bet=
ween all personnel. <br />3. Handwashing facilities and sanitizers readily =
available and used frequently.<br />4. No sharing of any items like pens, c=
utlery, phones, laptops, keyboards etc.<br />5. Premises are regularly disi=
nfected and well ventilated.<br /><br /></div>
