Newly hired staff, including  female MD , midwives and nurses, need =
three days of HMIS training before starting work in health centers =
because most of them have no information on HMIS formats=D8=8C  if these =
employees go to health centers without HMIS  training they may face many =
problems during using HMIS formats and registers,
