Meanwhile, I understand the challenges BPHS colleagues face with. Since
AFIAT and BPHS both concerned with the improvement and providing quality
services, so feel free to contact us in case of need for technical support.
On the other hand, AFIAT provincial team and BPHS technical officers
(Nutrition, CBHC, RMNCH, CDC, IMNCI, EPI=E2=80=A6) are part of Targeted Sup=
port
Team (TST), which aims to work together for the improvement of data quality
and capacity building of field staff. Hereby, it would be appreciated if
more BPHS provincial colleagues be involved in the program.

Furthermore, You are in the picture we had an assessment and mentorship
visit from health facilities and HPs recently. To have a clear picture from
the field and share the concerns, AFAIT provincial team is ready to provide
a brief presentation on the AFIAT project=E2=80=99s objectives, TST approac=
hes, the
composition of TST, responsibilities of TST, use of updated HQIP tools, and
share the finding of assessment by the purpose of improvement.

Firstly, Let me thank you for making happen our yesterday meeting.

Secondly, as discussed during the meeting, it would be appreciated if you
introduce technical officers/cluster supervisors and their contact numbers
who will take part in the Baseline assessment and TST follow-up visits. The
TST visit will be conducted through two teams composed of AFIAT and JACK
provincial technical staff from Sunday =E2=80=93 Wednesday each week.

I am attaching field visit plan for January for your consideration.

For your information, it=E2=80=99s on MSH to provide transportation and lun=
ch costs
for the team during the field visit. The lunch cost will deposit to their
bank account following documents and report submission to the MSH operation
department.

Lastly, online orientation sessions on the TST and technical aspects of the
project are scheduled each Thursday during January which will be
facilitated by MSH central advisors. Would you please share the email
addresses of respective officers to be added to the google meet and attend
the session?
