With the aim of obtaining crude oil provisional lifting allocation from
NNPC based on authority to sell. We have strong commitments from NNPC in
the corridors of.power which indicated interest to work with credible buyer
of Nigeria Bonny Light Crude Oil under-delivery by NNPC and its JV
operators for the purchase of Nigerian Crude Oil Grades by the Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (=E2=80=9CNNPC=E2=80=9D).

We are pleased to announce this development of a joint venture with
NNPC/PPMC/SHELL JV OPERATORS for the sale and purchase of Nigerian
Crude Oil Agreement with the NNPC. The Crude Oil Agreement provides us with
the right to present credible buyer to acquire crude oil directly from
NNPC/PPMC/SHELL JV OPERATORS for onward sale. The amount of off-take by
buyer is dependent on the aggregate excess crude oil
bulk allocation and the prevailing global oil
price.
We are pleased to have secured this connection for crude allocation for
trading as it provides us with a structured and measured exposure to this
attractive market.

As NNPC=E2=80=93OFF-OPEC Excess Crude Oil Volume, credible buyer can consum=
mate the
process of deliveries of The Nigeria Light Crude Oil (Standard
Export Grade) on both FOB/CIF/TTO/TTT basis.
We hereby affirm our readiness, willing and able to perform on mutually
agreed Procedures for FOB/CIF/TTO/TTT at no financial risk to the buyer in
collaboration with (NNPC-COMD/PPMC/SHELL JV OPERATORS).
