s . Yes, the wording is indicative to avoid generic narratives. If more spa=
ce is needed, feel free to exceed the wording. There will be no disqualific=
ation if space is exceeded. You can also add additional supporting document=
ation if required and it will be reviewed.
   - Key personals are the proposed program key staff or overall organizati=
on chart? The organizational chart, but you can identify, include the key p=
rogramme management staff as well, i.e. programme director / management.=20
   - Can we attached some annexes such as work plan, training plans , list =
of equipment=E2=80=99s and so on? Yes, feel free to add additional supporti=

 template for both agencies. No need to do separate submissions.
   - Can we use one concept note for one province and include both BPHS and=

   - In the result frame work there is requested targets, baseline, means o=
f verification we prepared but there is not any other column in template so=
 can we add column? Yes, you can adjust or refer to an attachment.
