Dear JACK colleagues.

Greetings and most welcome to Farah.

First of all I would like to thank you and appreciate your hard work and
efforts for primary preparation.

As we had a face to face meeting yesterday and discussed some points
regarding the MHNT project in Farah province, the points mentioned must be
strictly followed for best and smooth implementation of the project with
quality services for top priority health indicators.

Points.

1- Prepare a long list and short list and share it with us ASAP.

2-In the recruitment process of staff we must give priority to those who
are professional, experienced, committed and self-motivated.

3- Keep in mind there is no stress from any side regarding project
implementation and usually respect rules and regulation.

4- Complete the Medicines, HMIS tools and logistic supply ASAP.

5- Request the HMIS codes for MHTs.

6- Assign MHTs as per pre-determined white arias list not villages which
are under coverage of other HFs.

Note: we are working jointly for people=E2=80=99s health who are in need an=
d most
deprived and hope you share us any concerns about program implementation.
