<div>The armed clashes have spread into Khawja Abdul Maroof, Pul-e Jawzgoon=
, Chawk-e Kheyaban, and Shahrdari areas of Fayzabad City.<br /><br />At the=
 time of writing, a total of four IEA members were wounded, among which Qar=
i Abdul Rahman, the Commander of the IEA Badakhshan Brigade.<br /><br /></d=

The motive behind the incident is a personal dispute between the mid-level =
commanders of the two IEA groups.<br /><br />NGO staff is advised to avoid =
the tittle areas.<strong><br /><br />As of 1830 hrs:</strong>&nbsp;Subseque=
nt reports indicate that approximately 20 IEA members, 10 on either side, f=
rom separate units are exchanging SAF in the title area.<br /><br /></div>

writing and sporadic SAF has been reported at the scene.<br /><br />The mot=
ive behind the clashes is a longstanding personal dispute.<br /><br />The p=
