Dear Dr. Sahib,

Please accept my apologies for the distress as this issue is bit urgent
beside you are on leave for this week.

The commitment made with Directorate of Public Health regarding the
recruitments of DHO's, the DHO's are claiming that their salary should be
charged from the month of November while they have been formally introduced
in the yesterday's coordination meeting of HFS In charge. In general, their
contract start date should be 26 December 2021. Your prompt instruction on
the above issue is highly appreciated as all the DHO's are waiting here in
Provincial office for their contract.
