Dear Dr Sahib Safar,

I am writing this email to inform you that I am planning to limit the access
of the certain visitors to JACK parwan office which are causing disturbances
in our routine work. The visitors whose access will be limited are as
follows:

-          HF's staff who are not called to visit the Parwan Provincial
Office.

-          HF's staff accompanying their Manager or with other staff without
any reason.

-          Candidates applying for the vacant positions (or we can provide
the window service at the gate and provide them with the required
information).

Beside that Parwan Office cashier is accompanied by his brother, Abdul
Nazir, assisting him voluntarily in his routine task which is full of risk.
He has been visiting the JACK PO since before my joining the office and I
didn't find any document that could justify his presence in the cash room.

Your instructions on the above stated is awaited and will be considered
accordingly.
