Dear Dr. Sahib Safar,

This is to inform you that AFIAT/MSH TST conducted a baseline assessment
from 12 selected health facilities and 16 health posts in Parwan recently.
Since the BPHS recruitment process of technical officers was ongoing,
therefore we couldn=E2=80=99t engage them in the baseline assessment.

The baseline assessment will follow by follow-up TST visit where the team
will work together and take corrective measures for filling the gaps.

For this purpose, on Dec 07, 2021, AFIAT/Parwan team going to organize a
Targeted support team  (TST) visit from the selected health facilities of
Parwan.

To have a more effective/productive visit and be on the same page, AFIAT
team would prefer to have a joint visit with BPHS colleagues who are
members of TST.

Would you please introduce at least 2 people from technical officers to
take part in the TST visit?

I would like to clarify that the transportation will arrange by AFIAT team
and will pay the launch cost through M-Paisa account.

Attached is the list of health facilities selected for the first round of
TST/Mentorship visits and will expand gradually.
