According to our mission plan, we have completed successfully our  =
Kunduz mission and listed the summary of these activities following:

1. Conducted meetings with the provincial technical team and submitted =
our action plan.

2. Conducted 15 HFs monitoring and we have developed a follow-up plan =
for each health facility.

3. Conducted meeting with provincial EPI team and presented finding =
feedback of 15HFs and   we have developed a follow-up plan for each =
health facility (Picture of each finding)=20

5. Monitoring of TSFP project.

For more information, we will present a well-organized presentation in =
which we have pointed out many problems and made suggestions for the =
betterment of our work at the Main office. We are always ready to help =
you whenever you find time.
