Dear colleagues,

As we had coordination meeting with UNICEF today where below points are
discussed and agreed.

1.       The medium of salaries payments by cash/bank will be decided by
related NGO.

2.       The currency will be used AFN.

3.       The BPHS/EPHS project funded by UNICEF will be extended for next
six months.

4.       The extension will be based on performance appraisal of the
relevant province.

5.       The UNICEF will share their RPs selection (hiring) mechanism in
next week for the extension of Sehatmandi project with RPs.

6.       Each NGO shall revise their technical and financial proposal in
advance by end of December  in consideration of all deficiencies and needs
noticed in ongoing project implementation.

7.       The financial reporting shall be developed in FACE Form format.

8.       The UNICEF will  share the TPM, Face form and other relevant
documents through a separate email by tomorrow.

9.       The nature of contract whether it will be P4P or LumSum basis will
be communicated in coming few days with RPs.
