Dear HR Teams,=20

Today I send email and face to face till to all of you provide me the =
final payroll for the month of November and December when I received =
email form your only December payroll, in the noon I asked from Abdul =
Jalil is the payroll updated he till yes everything are ready, Agni =
asked are sure he till me yes 100%, but now I am see the payroll not =
updated, some of staff we harried in the mead of November those staff =
was not adjustment in the payroll of December.=20

Dr. Esamt Rahim your lead the HR Department but I am not happy from your =
result and your teams.=20

Dr. Esmat give the written warning latter to Abdul Jalil Admin/HR =
Assistant.=20

Please prepare the action plan and provide me till 8-Dec-2021 10:00 AM =
for the below activities .=20

1.       47 HFs provide HR Personal Files copies and send to each HFs.

2.       Prepared 47 HFs filing system in each HFs.=20

3.       Provide us Update staff list with (Bank Account number, Phone =
Number, TIN Number, etc)

4.       Newly haired person have database for all recruitment process A =
to Z.=20

5.        Issues for 47 HFs and main office staff TOR issues sing copy =
in the personal copy.=20

6.       Update HFs, and Provincial Office all staff personal files.=20

7.       Keep and d=C3=A9cor update filing system in PO office HR =
Department.

8.       Keep properly HFs and Provincial Office Attendance record and =
reports. =20

9.       Daily bass follow-up the attendance sheet of PO Office give me =
the report.

10.   Provide me weekly bass report every Thursday.

11.   Prepared HR database for all staff of HFs and PO.

12.   Provide me HR relative activities report on time and corrective.=20

For the above activities last and final dateline 15-Dec-2021 the mention =
dateline was not changeable I need the result.=20

In the mention date line the actives was not completed I will take =
strike action other way HR Department was responsible. =20

If your need any support of me or other team now till me on time.=20
