AHO received an invitation letter for the first health service delivery
oversight committee meeting from MoPH (Hedayatullah Sahak) as per
instruction of HE the Deputy Minister of Health Care Service Provision.

Date:           December 8, 2021

Time:           2:00 PM

Venue:        Office of HE the Deputy Minister for HCSP

*Agenda:*

1. Consensus on the TOR

2. Updates on status of service delivery projects by the
members

3. Point of mutual communication

4. AOB

The two representatives from EPHS and BPHS implementing NGOs as mentioned
in Members format of TOR which have already shared with you, AHO Member
agencies implementing EPHS and BPHS projects to nominate two persons for
the health service delivery oversight committee as members.

*Note:*

In the case of AHO member skype meeting if you are agreeing the meeting
will be arranged at 1:30 to 2:15 AM today (Dec, 7th ,2021).
