Yemen and Kuwait, hereby state and represent that it is our intention to
purchase the used copper wires from your company, and we hereby confirm
that we are ready, willing and able to purchase this commodity as per the
specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified from your
esteemed organization under the terms and conditions as stated below:
Scope of Supply: Supply of Copper Scrap 500,000 MT in a contract period of
1 year.
1. Commodity: Used Copper Wire Scrap (Mill Berry) (99.99% to 100%)
2. Total Quantity: 500,000 Ton 1year Duration, Quantity Per Month 41000 MT
3. Price: USD 4000 MT
4. Origin: Europe
5. Packing: Shrink Wrapped +carton + Pallet to resist moisture and
corrosion and Compressed in to
rectangular blocks and one container load up to 25 MT
6. Delivery: CIF China & India
7. Payment Terms: 100 % LC MT at sight irrevocable, confirmed no
transferrable and Payable at destination port after SGS Inspection .
8. Performance Bank Guarantee: BG of 3 % of shipment quantity (Issued By
seller)
Kindly intimate us with your procedure and offer to enable us proceed with
the Transaction.
