Dear Finance colleagues of responsible parties

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support, as you know we are in
the closure of Sehatmandi project, the ultimate deadline for submission of
FACE report has been already completed and we are trying to complete our
reviews and verify the supporting documents as soon as possible, but
unfortunately; most of RPs still not completed their documents even some of
RPs don=E2=80=99t receive their documents from provincial offices yet. Once=
 again I
kindly request you to consider the below points.

1.      Complete the FACE report and consider the feedback.

2.      Complete all sheets of the FACE report.

3.      Receive and review all provincial documents and payment vouchers.

4.      Complete all supporting documents of payment vouchers which are
reflected in the detail sheet of the FACE report.

5.      Scan all payment vouchers including its supporting documents.

Before we get to the deadline for the final FACE report which is Nov 30,
2021, we should complete and finalize the FACE report and verify all
transactions, therefore we are looking forward to your support in this
regard.
