Dear Sehatmandi Service Providers,

Following the email from Mahdi below, we are in the process of reviewing yo=
ur invoices and issuing cover letters (=91certificates=92), on the basis of=
 which the Bank intends to make payments.

As part of this process, I would appreciate if you could confirm by return =
email to pradeep.nepal@artf-tpma.com<mailto:pradeep.nepal@artf-tpma.com> a=
nd me only, (don=92t copying anyone else), the full banking coordinates of =
the bank account to which payment should be made.

Could the local NGOs please also confirm that they have been able to open a=
 bank account outside of Afghanistan?

This is an urgent request, so your immediate response would be appreciated.

Dear Sehatmandi Service Providers,

Thank you for sharing all the invoices and supporting documents during past=
 one month. I would like to reiterate that the World Bank still does not ha=
ve the authorization environment to engage in Afghanistan.  However, we con=
tinue to monitor and assess the situation in line with the World Bank=92s p=
olicies and procedures. As we are trying to assess the exact amount payable=
 to you by the former Government. The ARTF-Third Party Monitor has been hel=
ping us with this process.
I would like to introduce to you all Joseph Kaye and Pradeep Raj Nepal, bot=
h from TPMA. They will get in touch with you all separately for some clarif=
ying questions. Your cooperation in providing them with the needed document=
s/information would be appreciated.

In addition, I would like to remind you all to kindly submit all the reques=
ted documents ASAP for both Sehatmandi & COVID-19 projects (many thanks to =
those SPs who have already submitted).
