Dear Zulmai,  Hamidullah and team members,

Hope you are doing well.

The transactions recording of Kunduz cash ledger and BPHS Kabul bank account
have done in the system. It is advise that please prepare the BPHS Kabul
cash and other accounts extract ledgers that I could record the transaction
at earliest. Please make sure that the extract excel ledger is developed
with accurate account code and the amounts are accurately reflecting as per
reported vouchers.

As the system was not updated since January 2021 for BPHS and some of the
other projects, therefore your soonest action will be appreciated that we
could update the system and start day opening and closing of the system on
daily basis afterward. Such delays may affect our routine reporting momentum
and may cause discrepancies in the future.

Should there be any assistance required, do let me know.
