Dear Kunduz and Kabul Colleagues,

Greetings from Kabul,

As you all knows that donors are changed and our donors are now WHO and
UNICEF , they are UN agencies and the management with these donors is
different which we had with MoPH. Reference to the today coordination
meeting of UNICEF and WHO with Sehatmandi implementers ; WHO and UNICEF
clearly mentioned the following issues which are higher important and
seriously ;

1.       Result

2.       Accountability

Following parties will do the monitoring

1.       UN agencies (WHO and UNICEF)

2.       TPM(KIT and Particept)

3.       MoPH

4.       Other relevant parties

WHO and UNICEF clearly mentioned that if the result and performance of the
NGO or implementer reported weak , the contract will be directly terminated
with implementer and these three months are probationary period for
implementers and if these three months passed successfully we will have
projects otherwise we will lose the projects, so following are the high
important and seriously advices to be followed by you colleagues;

1.       Program Director is responsible for us and you people must share
all the issues with him and if any issue remained hidden from Program
Director ; direct decision is for he/she termination.

2.       All the staff of the program are must to be recruited after
approval of program director ; if any staff is recruited without his
approval ; he/she will be directly terminated

3.       All the orders and commands are highly important for us and
decision making and if his orders are not accepted and not followed he/she
is directly terminated
