Dear Dr. Sahib Tabesh,
It was great talking to you this morning and greetings from Aga Khan Agency=
 for Habitat (AKAH) in Kabul.

As discussed, AKAH in partnership with UNHCR office in Kabul plans to estab=
lish a Hospital Emergency Response Team in Paghman hospital, train them for=
 5 days and equip them with basic first aid and search and rescue toolkits =
as well personal protection equipment (PPEs). The team will have 25 members=
 include female staff members and will responsible to support the hospital =
management and team if there are any emergencies. We have already coordinat=
ed the activities with district officials in Paghman and introduced the cen=
ter hospital to be covered. Our colleagues today referred to the hospital a=
nd they have asked to coordinate the matter with your respective organizati=
on before conducting the hospital preparedness activities.

Having said this, will you please help to share with us an agreement letter=
 to enable us to present to the hospital management team in Paghman and del=
iver our program?

We are very much thankful for your support in this critical time to deliver=
 the humanitarian activities we have planned.
