Dear Operation and Finance team,

Firstly, I want to thank for your hard working and endeavor during hard
times, Secondly, please prepare operational and financial plan for Kunduz
and Kabul project and share with me by tomorrow in the afternoon.

Note: please prioritize winterization and medicine procurement.

For a better management of finance and operation department, it is better to
share work among finance and operation staff, teamwork is must during
financial report and audit period and all the team will work together
without observation of their position. As our current donor is UN, I kindly
request Shahzad sahib to develop a check list for financial required
documents .

All the finance and admin issues should be processed through related line
manager, after this every deviation from rule and regulation will be asked
and the finance manager is strongly recommended to share this for other
colleagues.
