Greetings from AHO,

This is to state on behalf of Sehatmandi Implementing NGOs that they have
concerns related to the fund transfer for both COVID-19 and SEHATMANDI
projects until August 15th. All the requested documents and reports have
been submitted. IPs need to know when and how will the WB transfer the
funds and request for the acceleration in the fund transfer process to the
IPs.

This is to also state that the IPs continued services provision for the
one-year extension based on the MoPH request. The MoPH, at time, assured
IPs that the WB had provided NOL for the extension period and the
procurement process had only started afterwards. Based on that fact all the
NGOs provided their financial and technical proposals to MoPH and
successfully completed the negotiations process of the contract and
continued the services provision in the provinces where they were already
responsible for. Some of the IPs also took over the responsibility of
services provision in the new neighboring provinces too as per the
instruction from the MoPH.
