Dear dr Sadat and dr Tabesh:
As you are aware, the standard temperature of delivery Room and  operations
Room in health centers should be between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius, but
these days our delivery Room have very low temperatures and are very cold,
causing the achievements and hypothermia of children in health centers to
drop.  In this regard, I requesting  you to  supply fuel to delivery Rooms
and operation  rooms.
