Dear NGOs,

Referring to our previous communication on WHO support to the Sehatmandi =
projects, you are kindly requested to share your proposals (technical =
narrative & financial proposal for each province) as communicated by =
WHO, for the period of 3 months Starting 1-Nov 2021 till 31 Jan 2022.

Herewith, we are attaching template for narrative proposal to be filled. =
Your budget categories should be in alignment with the attached WHO =
standard budget categories and your monthly budget ceiling should not =
exceed that of your most recent agreement with UNDP or MoPH/World Bank. =
In order to accelerate the process you may wish to refer and use data =
from your recent proposals/agreements you have or had with MoPH/UNDP. =20

In addition to your proposals, you are required to provide the following =
information and fill the attached forms.=20

1.	Copy of registration=20
2.	Governance Structure
3.	Source of funding
4.	The most recent annual, financial report
5.	Name Of board directors
6.	Previous work experience or engagement with WHO
7.	Signed Armed tobacco statement
8.	Each page signed and stamped for attached Annex-3
