All using Mr Amer s platforms

One thing try to understand
Mr Amer is not a BUYER or SELLER
Nor he is a Agent
Neither an Intermediary.
He has spent his precious days of his life making Platforms for different
items wherein Buyers and Sellers can meet and try to close the transactions.

His sites are much better than other B2B sites.
In his site/platform you will find complete offers or requirements and not
like other sites wherein you will mostly find name of clients to whom you
can contact only through the owners of site like Exporters Singapore or
Alibaba.

For providing such services, facilities  he has full right to demand some
commission  or you may say sharing part of your profits, so what is harm in
paying or why should one feel hesitant.

You should feel lucky that you get semi cooked food ( which is most
important part in business )  and thereafter how you cook and serve is your
lookout. For providing you semi cooked food he has full right to be your
share holder.

In the meantime kindly note that reasons or rules given by you does not
apply here.  They are just business tricks, loop holes used by Advocates in
courts.
