This is a hint: who is alleged to have used harsh language? Who wanted to k=
now the commission amount for seller side? You can see there are two differ=
ent people. These are the people fighting.
As for your comment on the URPIB rules, There is no need for me to make any=
 pronouncement on your comment. We live in a free world and freedom of spee=
ch is guaranteed. So over to you.
Thanks for reminding all of us that Amer has prepared the field for others =

As per URPIB rules mandates on both sides get agreement with their principa=
ls (seller or buyer) where it is defined with no ambiguity the obligations =
of principal and mandates, written black and white what each party has to d=
o AND OF COURSE PART OF THE OBLIGATIONS OF PRINCIPALS TO MANDATE IS TO PAY =
HIM FOR HIS WORK..... Such agency agreements usually contains NDNC clauses.=
... Therefore asking buyer's mandate what his principal is paying him may n=
ot be answered if not that " it is confidential ". (or in harsh language: N=
ONE OF YOUR BUSINESS)
Those rules also states that commission is only for intermediaries.... [str=
ictly not for mandate since they have an agency agreement that guarantees t=
heir pay]....... that commission should be known to all involved. So it is =
buyer's right to know what commission is available for intermediaries so th=
at he doesn't unknowingly partake into money laundrying in the form of exce=
ssive commission payment. AML exist!
The problem comes ( and this is what I understand from the ongoing quarrel =
) when principals trick their mandate into getting the pay for their hard w=
ork from the commission instead of actually paying them their agency fees..=
.. Or it comes when mandates want to be part of the commission when actuall=
y they are not entitled to.
MoraleMandates! You want your pay to remain confidential?=C2=A0Then get pai=
d your agency fees as per your agreement with your principal and leave the =
commission for intermediaries.
Mandate! You want to be part of the commission?=C2=A0then be open on what y=
ou are getting from a commission that you are NOT entitled to anyway. that =
is the ignominy attached or alloted to being part of the commission
Mandates! You can't play on both sides.________________
As per what position Mr Amer should be?=C2=A0I think since every deal is di=
fferent, Honorable Amer should be advised from the beginning where he stand=
s (seller side or Buyer side or intermediaries )... The one making the offe=
r should always mention that to avoid confusion on the matter.
