      - Seller's ICPO Template is issued along with the Offer.     =20

- Buyer issues ICPO in accordance with Seller's ICPO template with Buyer=
=E2=80=99s passport and Certificate of Registration incorporated. Buyer als=
o sends Company Profile and RWA letter along with the ICPO.
   - Seller reviews the ICPO and supporting documentation and confirms with=
 the Buyer. Seller issues draft contract to buyer. Buyer reviews, makes any=
 necessary amendments, signs and sends it back to seller in Word format, wi=
thin three (3) working days. Seller Issues commercial invoice for first shi=
pment.
   - Buyer issues DLC MT700 of the value of total cargo instrument by swift=
 to the seller=E2=80=99s nominated bank account to receive the instrument, =
within a maximum of five (5)=C2=A0working days of receiving the signed CI.
   - Upon receipt and confirmation of the DLC MT700 seller legalises the co=
ntract at his own expense and sends the notarised copy to buyer in PDF form=
at as the final contract and Seller issues 2% PB to Buyer.
   - Seller issues full POP documents and NCNDA-IMFPA.     =20
      - Certificate of origin
      - Commercial invoice     =20

- Q & Q=C2=A0report at loading port
      - Q88 and quality specification
      - Bill of lading.

- Shipment commences as scheduled in the contract and upon arrival of th=
e cargo at the discharge port, Buyer=E2=80=99s inspection team carries out =

- Product is discharged after successful inspection into buyer=E2=80=99s=
 storage facility; buyer=E2=80=99s Bank releases payment for total value of=

   - After receipt of the buyer's payment, Seller pays all intermediaries i=

        QUANTITY: 25,000 MT SPOT (MONTHLY SUPPLY POSSIBLE UP TO 50,000
        MT PER MONTH).<br>
        DELIVERY: CIF LAGOS PORT, NIGERIA.<br>
        PAYMENT: WITHIN FIVE (5) BANKING DAYS UPON DISCHARGE.<br>

        PROCEDURE: <br>
        <br>
        1) THE PARTIES SIGN THE SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT.<br>
        2) THE BUYER'S BANK ISSUES A CONFIRMABLE CAPABILITY / PAYMENT
        GUARANTEE IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER AS BENEFICIARY, COVERING THE
        CARGO VALUE OF THE GASOIL (CIF DELIVERY).<br>
        3) THE OPERATOR / SELLER ISSUES LAYCAN DATE WITH VESSEL DETAILS.<br=

        4) THE BUYER'S BANK AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATES THE BG UPON RECEIPT
        OF THE LAYCAN DATE WITH VESSEL DETAILS.<br>
        5) THE SELLER DELIVERS THE REFINED PRODUCTS TO DISCHARGING PORT
        IN NIGERIA.<br>
        6) UPON DELIVERY, THE BUYER'S BANK PAYS FOR THE REFINED
        PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AS PER THE PAYMENT GUARANTEE.<br>

        NOTES: <br>

    <font face=3D"Noto Sans"><b><font face=3D"Noto Sans"><b>a) Aside of AGO
            we also interested in purchasing Marine Gasoil (MGO) and Low
            Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO).<br>
          </b></font>b) Besides the payment of each cargo of Gasoil on
        arrival at the Nigeria ports, <font color=3D"#ff0000">we can also
          arrange with our business associates in abroad to pay ahead of
          each shipment.</font><br>
        c) <font color=3D"#ff0000">We also SELL crude oil cargoes.</font><b=
r>
        d) We intend to enter the marine bunkering business in the
        ECOWAS area, for which we are open to study the partnership with
        foreign bunkering company.<br>

        Their bankers (Access Bank PLC) are ready to issue a fresh Bank
        Capability Letter addressed specifically to the refinery name,
        address and to whom specifically has it to be directed,
        confirming their capability to buy the said cargoes of AGO. <br>
