Gentleman, we are in a position to supply sugar ic 45 in the terms and
conditions non-negotiable as follow:

SUGAR IC 45
Origin: Brazil
Quantity: 500.000MT x 12
Price: $ 215 usd CIF
Guarantee SBLC MT760 bank top 25 irrevocable, confirmed, non-transferable.
Payment by MT103 100% at loading port

Procedures:

1.  We send our FCO only after we have received the end buyer LOI accepting
our prices and payment terms.
2.  Contract is signed between seller and buyer and returned with SBLC
verbiage draft for approval.
4.  Buyer opens the SBLC guarantee to the seller bank
5.  Seller opens 2% PB
6.  Shipping documents are submitted to the buyer bank for approval and
payment release.
7.  Shipment start.

**Commission for brokers including Amer: 2 USD.
**Overprice is permitted but controlled and does not include the 2 USD
above mentioned.
**We do not send SCO, FCO, Any private document until having the real end
buyer in front of us by WhatsApp or email to corroborate everything before
sending our FCO.
