Dear Ahmadzai sahib,

Please provide a comprehensive report related to all current JACK projects.
The report shall be containing the number of projects, donner name, start
date, end date, province, area of service, each project total budget, actual
expenses, paid expenses, overdue amounts, payment mechanism and any other
info which might be important as per your understanding. This will help us
to ensure all projects current status and could provide regular reports to
top management on regular basis to keep them updated.

The report will be updated on weekly basis and reconciliation will be taken
place to ensure the accuracy, timely record keeping and on time reporting to
bring efficiency and effectiveness in the finance unit activities.

Mr. Zadran and Mr. Basir will also support in this process. I am also in
your disposal if there is any assistance required.
