As per yesterday meeting, I have contacted with Dr. Sahib Musawy, Dr. =
Sahib Majeed and Mr. Abdullah regarding their responsibilities and =
COVID-19 Vaccine supplies, the result is follows,

issue with Abdullah that we have 26 electronic and 11 Solar fridges at =
37 HFs,=20

2- =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD Dr. Sahib Musawy =
and Dr. Sahib Sahfiq have conducted meeting with Mr. Jamshid colleague =
of REMT, that the REMT will provide and pack the near expire Covid-19 =
vaccine today and will be supplied, thus the activities will be manage =
by Dr. Wali khan and Abdul Razaq,=20

3- =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD Logistic department =
 will arrange 3 vehicles for vaccines supplying,=20

4- =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD =EF=BF=BD HMIS data analysis =
report will be share with us by the end of 09:00 AM today,=20

Others progress will be share during the day,

Dear Dr. Musawy if possible please supply other routine vaccine along =
with covid 19 vaccine, because last month we did not have vehicle and =
supply, to 37 HFs,=20
