d critical information on current capacities that has been very well receiv=
ed by Partners in and out of Afghanistan.

The aim of the survey remains focused on quantifying the impact of the curr=
ent situation on humanitarian reach and activities, the risks facing humani=
tarian personnel, and to collect information on enabling conditions for the=
 resumption of activities. The survey asks organisations (UN and NGO) to re=
port on the estimated percentage of programming that has been suspended/hib=
ernated, where, and in which sector, due to the conflict.

All partners are encouraged to participate in this important survey that wi=
ll allow us to prioritise advocacy with the necessary authorities and suppo=
rt collective fundraising as well. The survey consists of nine core questio=
ns and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. We rely on your inputs t=
o better understand the operational challenges faced at the field-level and=
 how partners can be better supported across the country.
